Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) is conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in primary (Class 1–5) and upper primary (Class 6–8) schools in Jharkhand.
To qualify the examination, candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks (cut-off) prescribed by the council. Only those candidates who meet or exceed the required cut-off will be considered qualified and issued the JTET eligibility certificate.
