The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi has officially released the JAC Class 11 Special Examination 2026 schedule for students who were absent, failed, or could not appear in the regular Class 11 Board Examination 2026. The special examination offers another opportunity for eligible students to qualify and continue their academic studies without losing an academic year.
Along with the examination programme, the council has also informed schools regarding the admit card download process. School principals will be able to download the admit cards from the official JAC portal and distribute them to the students before the examination.

JAC 11th Special Exam 2026 Latest Update
Jharkhand Academic Council has officially released the examination programme for the Class 11 Special Examination 2026. The examination will be conducted from 29 July to 31 July 2026 in two sittings for Science, Commerce, and Arts stream students.
According to the official notification, school principals can download the admit cards from 23 July 2026 through the JAC portal. Internal assessment marks will be uploaded online between 24 July and 28 July 2026.
Who Can Appear in the JAC 11th Special Exam 2026?
The following candidates are eligible to appear:
- Students who failed in the JAC Class 11 Examination 2026.
- Students who remained absent in the regular examination.
- Students whose examination forms were successfully submitted through their schools.
- Ex-regular candidates permitted by the Jharkhand Academic Council.

Note: All candidates will be provided 15 minutes extra reading time before the commencement of each examination.
JAC 11th Special Exam Admit Card 2026
The JAC Class 11 Special Exam Admit Card 2026 will be available for download from 23 July 2026 through the official school login portal. Students should collect their admit cards from their respective schools.
The admit card will contain:

Important Instructions
