e-Kalyan portal enables eligible students to apply online for scholarships covering courses such as Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduation, ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and Medical programmes. The last date to apply is 31 January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for E-Kalyan Scholarship
To qualify for the Jharkhand e-Kalyan Scholarship, students must fulfil the following conditions:
| Course Level | Students pursuing Intermediate (Class 12), Graduation, Post-Graduation, Diploma, ITI, Medical, or equivalent courses are eligible. |
| Category | Only SC, ST, OBC, and EWS students belonging to Jharkhand can apply. |
| Income Criteria | – For SC/ST: Annual family income ≤ ₹2.5 lakh – For OBC/EWS: Annual family income ≤ ₹2.5 lakh |
| Residency | The applicant must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand. |
